Most builders do one of these. We run all three from one office in Bahawalpur, which is why a client can buy a finished house from us, have us fit out their office, and later commission a house on their own plot - without changing contractor.

Your plot, our drawings, one contract.

For clients who already own land. One agreement covers drawings through handover, so there is no gap between the architect and the mason to argue in.

We visit the plot, take dimensions, and talk through what you need and what you can spend. No charge for the first visit.

Plans, elevations and a written quote with materials named - not a lump sum with nothing behind it.
